Just back from the NHM and really enjoyed the Mammoth exhibition they have on at the moment, well worth a visit. Some great models, facts, interactive installations and …. videos.
So if you do decide to have a wander we hope you enjoy the video about the mammoth killing trees! Yes you read that correctly, there is good evidence that points to the spread of trees, due to climate warming after the ice age, squeezing the mammoths northwards, until they ran out of room, by removing their natural habitat and food source, namely grasslands.
The Sugarway team created some animations to illustrate this arboreal woolly massacre, hope you enjoy!
